Looking to place an order?

Orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to the date needed. If you’re short on time, please email info@thetastryshop.com to inquire about availability, a rush fee will apply.

You’ve placed an order, what’s next?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated email from the site confirming your order and details. At least 48 hours before your desired order pickup or delivery date, you will receive an email providing you with the pick up address and confirming the pickup/delivery window.

I’m running late for my pickup or delivery, what do I do?

Please email info@thetastryshop as soon as you can regarding late arrival. We give our clients a 15 minute grace period, if you will be later than 15 minutes, pickup may need to be rescheduled at the discretion of the The Tastry Shop LLC.

The Tastry Shop LLC is not responsible for items damaged after customer pick up or after event set up has been completed. No refunds or returns accepted for customer error or cancellations.
